User License Agreement
|

This
is an agreement between Thewebbrains.com and any user who uses any
services offered by Thewebbrains.com. Before signing up to any of our
services, you must accept the terms stated below. If you are unsure
about any part of the user license don't continue with the registration
process, instead email us and we will explain it to you.
Terms of Service

Users must not make any illegal
material/information available for download from any of our servers.
This includes but is not limited to, intellectual property, copyrights,
trademarks, software piracy, and patents held by individuals,
corporations, or other entities. Thewebbrains.com will terminate the
privileges of any user that commit repeat violations of copyright laws.
- Using our network to make available any
obscene speech or material, or using our network to transmit, or post
defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening language is banned.
- Users must
not attempt to access illegally or without authorisation, computers,
accounts, or networks belonging to another party, or attempting to
penetrate security measures of another individual's system (hacking).
- Clients may
not send email to anyone who does not wish to receive it. If a
recipient asks to stop receiving email, the client must stop. Clients
are expressly prohibited from sending bulk mail messages ("junk mail"
or "spam"). This includes, but is not limited to, bulk mailings of
commercial advertising, informational announcements, and political
tracts. Such material may only be sent to those who explicitly
requested it.

Incase refund is to be provided to any client then its executed only after 30 days of the payment date.
- Users must
not attempt to interfere with service to any user, host, or network
("denial of service attacks"). This includes, but is not limited to,
"flooding" of networks, deliberate attempts to overload a service, and
attempts to "crash" a host.Clients must safeguard their account
passwords to prevent unauthorised access to their account. If any
information is lost due to a client not protecting their passwords
Thewebbrains.com will not be held responsible.
- Web Hosting Customers must not upload any
pornographic or obscene material on our servers and if a user is caught
doing so than his account will be terminated immediately and further
legal action may also be taken againt him.
- Any Site that consumes 10% or more of system
resources will be suspended immediately without any prior
notice and no money will be refunded in that case.
- Users must
not engage in any activities that are determined to be illegal,
including advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available
pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, and pirating
software.
- Users must not run Chat Rooms as they tend to
be a large drain on system resource. We do not allow IRC or IRC bots to
be operated on our servers.
- If a hosting
user is found breaking any of the above rules of the company
then his account will be immediately terminated and no money will be
refunded in that case and if our company suffers any loss due to any
such activity of the hosting client than he will be liabale to
compensate the company for the same.
You
must sign up with us only if you agree with our terms of services. If
we found that you are breaking the rules than we can terminate your
accounts without any prior notice and legal action will also be taken
if needed.
All disputes are subject to Lucknow
Jurisdiction only.
